Terms & Delivery Information
In the UK 99% of items are delivered within 24 hours but due to the way the post office works we cannot guarantee a delivery time of 24 hours but we will always try our best to make sure everything is delivered on time.
International deliveries usually take between 5-15 working days. In some cases due to customs delays it can take around 20 working days.
If a cancellation is made before the delivery of the goods the refund will take 14 days for processing. If a cancellation is made within 7 days of receiving the goods the goods will need to be returned unused and unopened before a refund can be made.
If you do not receive the good we will endeavour to send replacements. We will make sure all goods are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery and will need to be signed for. Goods will be posted to the address that you provide when you make a payment. If you require for us to send to a different address please let us know before ordering. We may not be able to send the goods to a different address other than the cardholders due to potential credit card fraud.
Goods that have a confirmed delivery to your address by Royal Mail is proof of delivery. We can provide a tracking number on request. The managers decision is final. Any fraudulent claims of non-receipt will be dealt with with full legal force. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are so confident that the skin lightening works that we're prepared to give you your money back if it doesn't work. We have thousands of happy customers and we try our best to ensure that every customer is satisfied with the products. However a small minority of individuals try to misuse our guarantee and try making fraudlent claims. To reduce this and to ensure that we always give our customers the best levels of service and the highest quality products, we have made sure that only genuine customers are able to take advantage of our unbeatable guarantee.
The following is required to stop people from making fraudulent claims to get their money back after enjoying the benefits of the product. This way we can protect you as a consumer by continuing to invest in the research and improvement in the formulations so that we can keep bringing you great products that really work.
All you have to do is buy the product and try it for 90 days and use as instructed - 2-3 times a day every day. If it doesn't work for you then all you have to do is send us 2 time stamped clear pictures one taken before using the product and one taken 3 months after using to our photo address (please contact us for the photo address) then when we give you an RMA number and return address to post the empty bottles, box and your proof of purchase/receipt. Please contact us before you send it so that we can give you a 'Returns Authorisation Number'. Any products sent back without a returns authorisation number may not be refunded. You must contact us within 14 days after your 90 days are up. Your 90 days start from the day you place the order. Please note that the before picture must be received by post within 14 days of placing your order otherwise your guarantee becomes void this is because if we do not receive your before picture before you start using the product we have no guarantee that the picture you send us was taken before you started using the product. We have had customers sending photos that they took on the same day in different lightening just to get their money back fraudulently. These customers have been doing this over and over again to abuse our guarantee. The advanced is only guaranteed for use by over 16 year olds.
Once we receive this we will ensure that you get all your money back.
To stop fradulent claims we have the following conditions in place.
We do not accept returns if they are sent before the 90 days. The products work over 99% of the time and in some rare cases they do not achieve the desired results. In rare cases as with any change in use of skin care products there is a small risk you may have small spots temporarily. This is just your skin reacting to the change of product usage on your skin. We do not offer refunds if you stop using it and want to return it after you have used it for less than 3 months.
You should always consult your doctor before using anything on your skin & we cannot be held liable for any misuse of the product or use without medical consultation.
This guarantee only applies to the Nur76 Skin Lightening Advanced 3-in-1 and no other products. Only 1 refund and guarantee per customer per household. This means you should only order 1 item to see if it works and then you can return that item for a refund. You cannot purchase more than one item or a combination of items such as the ultimate package, then use all of them then get a refund for all of them.
